Daniel 5:8
પછી રાજાના સર્વ બુદ્ધિમાનો ત્યાં હાજર થઇ ગયાં, પણ તેઓમાંનો એક પણ બુદ્ધિમાન પુરુષ તે લખાણ વાંચી શક્યો નહિ. તથા સમજી શક્યો નહિ તેથી રાજાને તેઓ કશું સમજાવી ન શક્યા.

Isaiah 47:12
બાળપણથી જાદુમંત્ર અને કામણટૂમણ તું વાપરતી આવી છે તેને વળગી રહે, કદાચ તે કામ આવી શકે અને તું શત્રુઓને ડરાવી શકે.

દીવાલ પરનું લખાણ વાંચી તેનો અર્થ મને સમજાવવા માટે મારી પાસે બુદ્ધિમાન માણસોને અને મંત્રવિદોને લાવવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં પરંતુ તેઓ તેનો અર્થ સમજાવી શક્યા ન હતા.
