ঈশ্বর তাদের আশীর্বাদ করে বললেন, “তোমাদের বহু সন্তানসন্ততি হোক| মানুষে মানুষে পৃথিবী পরিপূর্ণ করো এবং তোমরা পৃথিবীর নিয়ন্ত্রণের ভার নাও, সমুদ্রে মাছেদের এবং বাতাসে পাখিদের শাসন করো| মাটির ওপর যা কিছু নড়েচড়ে, যাবতীয় প্রাণীকে তোমরা শাসন করো|”

Genesis 26:3
সেই দেশে থাকো এবং আমি তোমার সঙ্গে থাকব| আমি তোমায় আশীর্বাদ করব| এই যত জমিজমা দেখচ সব আমি তোমায় ও তোমার পরিবারকে দেব| তোমার পিতা অব্রাহামকে আমি যা-যা প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছিলাম সে সব কথা আমি রাখব|

সেই রাত্রে প্রভু ইসহাকের সঙ্গে কথা বললেন| প্রভু বললেন, “আমি তোমার পিতা অব্রাহামের ঈশ্বর| ভয় পেও না| আমি তোমার সঙ্গে আছি এবং তোমায় আশীর্বাদ করছি| তোমার পরিবারকে আমি এক মহান পরিবারে পরিণত করব| আমার বিশ্বস্ত সেবক অব্রাহামের জন্যে আমি একাজ করব|”

Genesis 33:5
এষৌ তাকিযে সেই স্ত্রীলোক ও শিশুদের দেখতে পেয়ে বললেন, “তোমার সাথে ঐ লোকজনেরা কারা?”যাকোব উত্তরে বললেন, “ঈশ্বর অনুগ্রহ করে আমাকে এইসব সন্তানসন্ততিদের দিয়েছেন|”

তোমার পিতার ঈশ্বরের কাছ থেকে ঈশ্বর তোমায় আশীর্বাদ করুন| সর্বশক্তিমান ঈশ্বর তোমায় আশীর্বাদ করুন, উপরের আকাশ হতে আশীর্বাদ বর্ষান, আর গভীর জল থেকেও আশীর্বাদ করুন| তিনি তোমাকে স্তন ও গর্ভ হতেও আশীর্বাদ করুন|

আমি তোমাকে অবশ্য আশীর্বাদ করব| আকাশে যত তারা, আমি তোমার উত্তরপুরুষদেরও সংখ্যাও তত করব| সমুদ্রতীরে যত বালি, তোমার উত্তরপুরুষরাও তত হবে| এবং তোমার বংশ তাদের সমস্ত শত্রুদের পরাস্ত করবে|

Genesis 17:20
“তুমি ইশ্মাযেলের কথা বলেছ এবং আমি সে কথা শুনেছি| আমি তাকে আশীর্বাদ করব| তার বহু সন্তানসন্ততি হবে| সে বারোজন মহান নেতার পিতা হবে| তার পরিবার থেকে সৃষ্টি হবে এক মহান জাতির|

আমি তাকে আশীর্বাদ করব| আমি তাকে একটি পুত্র দেব এবং তুমি হবে সেই পুত্রের পিতা| সারা হবে বহু নতুন জাতির মাতা| সারা থেকে আসবে বহু জাতির বহু রাজা|”

তোমাদের সঙ্গে নৌকোর সমস্ত পশুপাখী নিয়ে বাইরে যাও| সমস্ত পাখী, সমস্ত জন্তু জানোয়ার এবং বুকে হেঁটে চলে এরকম সমস্ত প্রাণী নিয়ে বাইরে এসো| ঐসব পশুপাখী আরও অনেক পশুপাখীর জন্ম দেবে আর সে সবে আবার পৃথিবী ভরে যাবে|”

ঈশ্বর এই সমস্ত প্রাণীদের আশীর্বাদ করলেন| ঈশ্বর সামুদ্রিক প্রাণীদের সংখ্যাবৃদ্ধি করে সমুদ্র ভরিয়ে তুলতে বললেন| ঈশ্বর পৃথিবীতে পাখীদের সংখ্যাবৃদ্ধি করতে বললেন|

Job 42:12
শুরুতে ইয়োবের যা ছিলো, তার থেকে অনেক বেশী সম্পদ দিয়ে প্রভু ইয়োবকে আশীর্বাদ করলেন| ইয়োব 14,000 মেষ, 6,000 উট, 2,000 গাভী এবং 1,000 স্ত্রী গাধা পেলেন|

হে আকাশ ও পৃথিবী, ঈশ্বরের প্রশংসা কর! হে সমুদ্র এবং সমুদ্রের মধ্যের সবকিছু, প্রভুর প্রশংসা কর!

Psalm 127:1
যদি প্রভু বয়ং একটি বাড়ী না তৈরী করেন, তাহলে নির্মাণকারীরা বৃথাই তাদের সময় নষ্ট করছে| যদি প্রভু বয়ং শহরের নজরদারি না করেন তাহলে রক্ষী বৃথাই তার সময় নষ্ট করছে|

Psalm 128:3
গৃহে তোমার স্ত্রী ফলদাযী দ্রাক্ষালতার মতই হবে| তোমার সন্তানরা তোমার পোঁতা জলপাই গাছের মতই তোমার টেবিলের চারপাশে থাকবে|

1 Timothy 4:3
এরাই মানুষকে বিবাহ করতে নিষেধ করে ও কোন কোন খাদ্য় খেতে নিষেধ করে৷ কিন্তু সেই খাদ্য় সামগ্রী ঈশ্বর সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং যাঁরা বিশ্বাসী ও যাঁরা সত্যকে জানে তারা ঈশ্বরকে ধন্যবাদ দিয়ে এই খাবার খেতে পারে৷

অম্মীয়েল, ইষাখর আর পিযূল্লতয়| ওবেদ-ইদোম ঈশ্বরের আশীর্বাদে ধন্য হয়েছিলেন|
