בֶּן of ben אָדָ֕ם man, ah-DAHM ח֥וּד put hood חִידָ֖ה forth hee-DA וּמְשֹׁ֣ל a oo-meh-SHOLE מָשָׁ֑ל riddle, ma-SHAHL אֶל and el בֵּ֖ית speak bate יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ a yees-ra-ALE -
וְאָמַרְתָּ֞ say, veh-ah-mahr-TA כֹּה Thus koh אָמַ֣ר׀ saith ah-MAHR אֲדֹנָ֣י the uh-doh-NAI יְהוִ֗ה Lord yeh-VEE הַנֶּ֤שֶׁר God; ha-NEH-sher הַגָּדוֹל֙ A ha-ɡa-DOLE גְּד֤וֹל great ɡeh-DOLE הַכְּנָפַ֙יִם֙ eagle ha-keh-na-FA-YEEM אֶ֣רֶךְ with EH-rek הָאֵ֔בֶר great ha-A-ver מָלֵא֙ wings, ma-LAY הַנּוֹצָ֔ה longwinged, ha-noh-TSA אֲשֶׁר uh-SHER ל֖וֹ full loh הָֽרִקְמָ֑ה of ha-reek-MA בָּ֚א feathers, ba אֶל which el הַלְּבָנ֔וֹן had ha-leh-va-NONE וַיִּקַּ֖ח divers va-yee-KAHK אֶת colours, et צַמֶּ֥רֶת came tsa-MEH-ret הָאָֽרֶז׃ unto ha-AH-rez -
אֵ֛ת cropped ate רֹ֥אשׁ off rohsh יְנִֽיקוֹתָ֖יו yeh-nee-koh-TAV קָטָ֑ף the ka-TAHF וַיְבִיאֵ֙הוּ֙ top vai-vee-A-HOO אֶל of el אֶ֣רֶץ his EH-rets כְּנַ֔עַן young keh-NA-an בְּעִ֥יר twigs, beh-EER רֹכְלִ֖ים and roh-heh-LEEM שָׂמֽוֹ׃ carried sa-MOH -
וַיִּקַּח֙ took va-yee-KAHK מִזֶּ֣רַע also mee-ZEH-ra הָאָ֔רֶץ of ha-AH-rets וַֽיִּתְּנֵ֖הוּ the va-yee-teh-NAY-hoo בִּשְׂדֵה seed bees-DAY זָ֑רַע of ZA-ra קָ֚ח the kahk עַל land, al מַ֣יִם and MA-yeem רַבִּ֔ים planted ra-BEEM צַפְצָפָ֖ה it tsahf-tsa-FA שָׂמֽוֹ׃ in sa-MOH -
וַיִּצְמַ֡ח it va-yeets-MAHK וַיְהִי֩ grew, vai-HEE לְגֶ֨פֶן and leh-ɡEH-fen סֹרַ֜חַת became soh-RA-haht שִׁפְלַ֣ת a sheef-LAHT קוֹמָ֗ה spreading koh-MA לִפְנ֤וֹת vine leef-NOTE דָּלִיּוֹתָיו֙ of da-lee-yoh-tav אֵלָ֔יו low ay-LAV וְשָׁרָשָׁ֖יו stature, veh-sha-ra-SHAV תַּחְתָּ֣יו whose tahk-TAV יִֽהְי֑וּ branches yee-heh-YOO וַתְּהִ֣י turned va-teh-HEE לְגֶ֔פֶן toward leh-ɡEH-fen וַתַּ֣עַשׂ him, va-TA-as בַּדִּ֔ים and ba-DEEM וַתְּשַׁלַּ֖ח the va-teh-sha-LAHK פֹּארֽוֹת׃ roots poh-ROTE -
וַיְהִ֤י was vai-HEE נֶֽשֶׁר also NEH-sher אֶחָד֙ another eh-HAHD גָּד֔וֹל great ɡa-DOLE גְּד֥וֹל eagle ɡeh-DOLE כְּנָפַ֖יִם with keh-na-FA-yeem וְרַב great veh-RAHV נוֹצָ֑ה wings noh-TSA וְהִנֵּה֩ and veh-hee-NAY הַגֶּ֨פֶן many ha-ɡEH-fen הַזֹּ֜את feathers: ha-ZOTE כָּֽפְנָ֧ה and, ka-feh-NA שָׁרֳשֶׁ֣יהָ behold, sha-roh-SHAY-ha עָלָ֗יו this ah-LAV וְדָֽלִיּוֹתָיו֙ vine veh-DA-lee-yoh-tav שִׁלְחָה did sheel-HA לּ֔וֹ bend loh לְהַשְׁק֣וֹת her leh-hahsh-KOTE אוֹתָ֔הּ roots oh-TA מֵעֲרֻג֖וֹת toward may-uh-roo-ɡOTE מַטָּעָֽהּ׃ him, ma-ta-AH -
אֶל was el שָׂ֥דֶה planted SA-deh טּ֛וֹב in tove אֶל a el מַ֥יִם good MA-yeem רַבִּ֖ים soil ra-BEEM הִ֣יא by hee שְׁתוּלָ֑ה great sheh-too-LA לַעֲשׂ֤וֹת waters, la-uh-SOTE עָנָף֙ that ah-NAHF וְלָשֵׂ֣את it veh-la-SATE פֶּ֔רִי might PEH-ree לִהְי֖וֹת bring lee-YOTE לְגֶ֥פֶן forth leh-ɡEH-fen אַדָּֽרֶת׃ branches, ah-DA-ret -
אֱמֹ֗ר thou, ay-MORE כֹּ֥ה Thus koh אָמַ֛ר saith ah-MAHR אֲדֹנָ֥י the uh-doh-NAI יְהוִֹ֖ה Lord yeh-hoh-EE תִּצְלָ֑ח God; teets-LAHK הֲלוֹא֩ Shall huh-LOH אֶת it et שָׁרָשֶׁ֨יהָ prosper? sha-ra-SHAY-ha יְנַתֵּ֜ק shall yeh-na-TAKE וְאֶת he veh-ET פִּרְיָ֣הּ׀ not peer-YA יְקוֹסֵ֣ס pull yeh-koh-SASE וְיָבֵ֗שׁ up veh-ya-VAYSH כָּל kahl טַרְפֵּ֤י the tahr-PAY צִמְחָהּ֙ roots tseem-HA תִּיבָ֔שׁ thereof, tee-VAHSH וְלֹֽא and veh-LOH בִזְרֹ֤עַ cut veez-ROH-ah גְּדוֹלָה֙ off ɡeh-doh-LA וּבְעַם the oo-veh-AM רָ֔ב fruit rahv לְמַשְׂא֥וֹת thereof, leh-mahs-OTE אוֹתָ֖הּ that oh-TA מִשָּׁרָשֶֽׁיהָ׃ it mee-sha-ra-SHAY-ha -
וְהִנֵּ֥ה behold, veh-hee-NAY שְׁתוּלָ֖ה being sheh-too-LA הֲתִצְלָ֑ח planted, huh-teets-LAHK הֲלֹא֩ shall huh-LOH כְגַ֨עַת it heh-ɡA-at בָּ֜הּ prosper? ba ר֤וּחַ shall ROO-ak הַקָּדִים֙ it ha-ka-DEEM תִּיבַ֣שׁ not tee-VAHSH יָבֹ֔שׁ utterly ya-VOHSH עַל wither, al עֲרֻגֹ֥ת when uh-roo-ɡOTE צִמְחָ֖הּ the tseem-HA תִּיבָֽשׁ׃ east tee-VAHSH -
אֱמָר now ay-MAHR נָא֙ to na לְבֵ֣ית the leh-VATE הַמֶּ֔רִי rebellious ha-MEH-ree הֲלֹ֥א house, huh-LOH יְדַעְתֶּ֖ם Know yeh-da-TEM מָה ye ma אֵ֑לֶּה not A-leh אֱמֹ֗ר what ay-MORE הִנֵּה these hee-NAY בָ֨א things va מֶֽלֶךְ mean? וַיִּקַּח֙ hath va-yee-KAHK מִזֶּ֣רַע taken mee-ZEH-ra הַמְּלוּכָ֔ה of ha-meh-loo-HA וַיִּכְרֹ֥ת the va-yeek-ROTE אִתּ֖וֹ king's EE-toh בְּרִ֑ית seed, beh-REET וַיָּבֵ֤א and va-ya-VAY אֹתוֹ֙ made oh-TOH בְּאָלָ֔ה a beh-ah-LA וְאֶת covenant veh-ET אֵילֵ֥י with ay-LAY הָאָ֖רֶץ him, ha-AH-rets לָקָֽח׃ and la-KAHK -

וַיִּמְרָד he va-yeem-RAHD בּ֗וֹ rebelled boh לִשְׁלֹ֤חַ against leesh-LOH-ak מַלְאָכָיו֙ him mahl-ah-hav מִצְרַ֔יִם in meets-RA-yeem לָֽתֶת sending LA-tet ל֥וֹ his loh סוּסִ֖ים ambassadors soo-SEEM וְעַם into veh-AM רָ֑ב Egypt, rahv הֲיִצְלָ֤ח that huh-yeets-LAHK הֲיִמָּלֵט֙ they huh-yee-ma-LATE הָעֹשֵׂ֣ה might ha-oh-SAY אֵ֔לֶּה give A-leh וְהֵפֵ֥ר him veh-hay-FARE בְּרִ֖ית horses beh-REET וְנִמְלָֽט׃ and veh-neem-LAHT -
חַי I hai אָ֗נִי live, AH-nee נְאֻם֮ saith neh-OOM אֲדֹנָ֣י the uh-doh-NAI יְהוִה֒ Lord yeh-VEE אִם God, eem לֹ֗א surely loh בִּמְקוֹם֙ beem-KOME הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ in ha-MEH-lek הַמַּמְלִ֣יךְ the ha-mahm-LEEK אֹת֔וֹ place oh-TOH אֲשֶׁ֤ר where uh-SHER בָּזָה֙ the ba-ZA אֶת king et אָ֣לָת֔וֹ dwelleth AH-la-TOH וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר that va-uh-SHER הֵפֵ֖ר made hay-FARE אֶת him et בְּרִית֑וֹ king, beh-ree-TOH אִתּ֥וֹ EE-toh בְתוֹךְ whose veh-TOKE בָּבֶ֖ל ba-VEL יָמֽוּת׃ oath ya-MOOT -
וְלֹא֩ shall veh-LOH בְחַ֨יִל Pharaoh veh-HA-yeel גָּד֜וֹל with ɡa-DOLE וּבְקָהָ֣ל his oo-veh-ka-HAHL רָ֗ב mighty rahv יַעֲשֶׂ֨ה army ya-uh-SEH אוֹת֤וֹ and oh-TOH פַרְעֹה֙ great fahr-OH בַּמִּלְחָמָ֔ה company ba-meel-ha-MA בִּשְׁפֹּ֥ךְ make beesh-POKE סֹלְלָ֖ה for soh-leh-LA וּבִבְנ֣וֹת him oo-veev-NOTE דָּיֵ֑ק in da-YAKE לְהַכְרִ֖ית the leh-hahk-REET נְפָשׁ֥וֹת war, neh-fa-SHOTE רַבּֽוֹת׃ by ra-bote -
וּבָזָ֥ה he oo-va-ZA אָלָ֖ה despised ah-LA לְהָפֵ֣ר the leh-ha-FARE בְּרִ֑ית oath beh-REET וְהִנֵּ֨ה by veh-hee-NAY נָתַ֥ן breaking na-TAHN יָד֛וֹ the ya-DOH וְכָל covenant, veh-HAHL אֵ֥לֶּה when, A-leh עָשָׂ֖ה lo, ah-SA לֹ֥א he loh יִמָּלֵֽט׃ had yee-ma-LATE -
לָכֵ֞ן thus la-HANE כֹּה saith koh אָמַ֨ר the ah-MAHR אֲדֹנָ֣י Lord uh-doh-NAI יְהוִה֮ God; yeh-VEE חַי As hai אָנִי֒ I ah-NEE אִם live, eem לֹ֗א surely loh אָֽלָתִי֙ ah-la-TEE אֲשֶׁ֣ר mine uh-SHER בָּזָ֔ה oath ba-ZA וּבְרִיתִ֖י that oo-veh-ree-TEE אֲשֶׁ֣ר he uh-SHER הֵפִ֑יר hath hay-FEER וּנְתַתִּ֖יו despised, oo-neh-ta-TEEOO בְּרֹאשֽׁוֹ׃ and beh-roh-SHOH -
וּפָרַשְׂתִּ֤י I oo-fa-rahs-TEE עָלָיו֙ will ah-lav רִשְׁתִּ֔י spread reesh-TEE וְנִתְפַּ֖שׂ my veh-neet-PAHS בִּמְצֽוּדָתִ֑י net beem-tsoo-da-TEE וַהֲבִיאוֹתִ֣יהוּ upon va-huh-vee-oh-TEE-hoo בָבֶ֗לָה him, va-VEH-la וְנִשְׁפַּטְתִּ֤י and veh-neesh-paht-TEE אִתּוֹ֙ he ee-TOH שָׁ֔ם shall shahm מַעֲל֖וֹ be ma-uh-LOH אֲשֶׁ֥ר taken uh-SHER מָֽעַל in MA-al בִּֽי׃ my bee -
וְאֵ֨ת all veh-ATE כָּל his kahl מִבְרָחָ֤ו fugitives meev-ra-HAHV בְּכָל with beh-HAHL אֲגַפָּיו֙ all uh-ɡa-pav בַּחֶ֣רֶב his ba-HEH-rev יִפֹּ֔לוּ bands yee-POH-loo וְהַנִּשְׁאָרִ֖ים shall veh-ha-neesh-ah-REEM לְכָל fall leh-HAHL ר֣וּחַ by ROO-ak יִפָּרֵ֑שׂוּ the yee-pa-RAY-soo וִידַעְתֶּ֕ם sword, vee-da-TEM כִּ֛י and kee אֲנִ֥י they uh-NEE יְהוָ֖ה that yeh-VA דִּבַּֽרְתִּי׃ remain dee-BAHR-tee -
כֹּ֤ה saith koh אָמַר֙ the ah-MAHR אֲדֹנָ֣י Lord uh-doh-NAI יְהוִ֔ה God; yeh-VEE וְלָקַ֣חְתִּי I veh-la-KAHK-tee אָ֗נִי will AH-nee מִצַּמֶּ֧רֶת also mee-tsa-MEH-ret הָאֶ֛רֶז take ha-EH-rez הָרָמָ֖ה of ha-ra-MA וְנָתָ֑תִּי the veh-na-TA-tee מֵרֹ֤אשׁ highest may-ROHSH יֹֽנְקוֹתָיו֙ branch YOH-neh-koh-tav רַ֣ךְ of rahk אֶקְטֹ֔ף the ek-TOFE וְשָׁתַ֣לְתִּי high veh-sha-TAHL-tee אָ֔נִי cedar, AH-nee עַ֥ל and al הַר will hahr גָּבֹ֖הַ set ɡa-VOH-ah וְתָלֽוּל׃ it; veh-ta-LOOL -
