Daniel 8:15
আমি, দানিয়েল এই স্বপ্নদর্শন করেছিলাম এবং তার অর্থ বোঝার চেষ্টা করেছিলাম| যখন আমি এই স্বপ্নদর্শনের কথা ভাবছিলাম তখন একজন মানুষের মতো দেখতে ব্যক্তি এসে আমার সামনে দাঁড়াল|
Daniel 9:2
তাঁর রাজত্বের প্রথম বছরে আমি, দানিয়েল কয়েকটি বই পড়েছিলাম| আমি বই পড়ে জানতে পেরেছিলাম য়ে প্রভু যিরমিয়কে বলেছিলেন 70 বছর পর আবার জেরুশালেম পুননির্মাণ হবে|
Daniel 10:2
দানিয়েল বললেন, “বার্তাটি যখন আমার কাছে এলো, তখন আমি তিন সপ্তাহের জন্য য়ে ব্যক্তির বন্ধু অথবা পরিবার মারা গেছে, তার মত শোক করছিলাম|

“আমি, দানিয়েল, একমাত্র ব্যক্তি য়ে ঐ স্বপ্নদর্শন দেখতে পেয়েছিলাম| আমার সঙ্গীরা সেই স্বপ্নদর্শন থেকে বঞ্চিত হয়েছিল, কিন্তু তারা ভীত হয়েছিল| তারা ভয় পেয়ে দৌড়ে পালিয়ে গিয়ে লুকিয়ে পড়েছিল|
Daniel 11:4
সেই রাজার আবির্ভাবের পর তার রাজ্য চার ভাগে বিভক্ত হবে| তার ছেলেমেয়েরা ও নাতিনাতনিরা তার রাজত্বের ভাগ পাবে না এবং তার রাজ্যগুলি তাদের পুরোনো শক্তি ফিরে পাবে না| কারণ তার রাজ্যের অংশীদার হয়ে উঠবে অন্য মানুষেরা|
