Deuteronomy 20:16
“কিন্তু প্রভু, তোমাদের ঈশ্বর, তোমাদের য়ে দেশ দিচ্ছেন তোমরা যখন সেই দেশের শহরগুলো অধিগ্রহণ করবে, তখন সেখানে শ্বাস নেয় এমন কাউকে জীবিত রাখবে না|

| thee for an inheritance, | לְךָ֖ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| alive save shalt thou | נַֽחֲלָ֑ה | naḥălâ | na-huh-LA |
| nothing | לֹ֥א | lōʾ | loh |
| תְחַיֶּ֖ה | tĕḥayye | teh-ha-YEH | |
