Isaiah 24:22
তখন বহু মানুষ একত্রিত হবে| তাদের মধ্যে কেউ আছে ভূগর্ভস্থ কয়েদে বদ্ধ| কেউ আছে কারাগারে| কিন্তু অবশেষে, অনেক দিন পরে তাদের সকলের বিচার হবে|

সুতরাং সভাসদরা যিরমিয়কে নিয়ে গেল মল্কিযের চৌবাচচায় ফেলে দেসু়ার জন্য (মল্কিয ছিল রাজপুত্র)| চৌবাচচাটি ছিল উপাসনালয চত্বরে, সেখানে থাকতো রাজার প্রহরীরা| সভাসদরা যিরমিয়কে দড়ি দিয়ে বাঁধল এবং জলাধারে ফেলে দিল| জলাধারটিতে জল ছিল না, ছিল শুধু কাদা| এবং যিরমিয় সেই কাদার ভেতরে ডুবে গেল|

কিন্তু যুদ্ধের সময় ঐ পাঁচ জন রাজা পালিয়ে গিয়েছিল| মক্কেদার কাছে একটা গুহার মধ্যে তারা লুকিয়েছিল|

এই দেশের অধিবাসীদের বিপদ আমি চোখের সামনে দেখতে পাচ্ছি| তাদের জন্য পেতে রাখা ফাঁদ, গর্ত এবং ভয় আমি দেখতে পাচ্ছি|
এজেকিয়েল 38:8
বহু দিন পরে তোমাকে কাজে ডাকা হবে| পরের বছরগুলিতে তুমি সেই দেশে ফিরে আসবে, যে দেশ যুদ্ধের ক্ষত থেকে অসুস্থ হয়েছে| সেই দেশের লোকদের বহু জাতি থেকে জড়ো করে ইস্রায়েল পর্বতে আনা হয়েছিল| অতীতে ইস্রায়েলের পর্বত বারে বারে ধ্বংস করা হলেও অন্য জাতির মধ্য থেকে ফিরে আসা ঐ লোকরা সবাই নির্ভয়ে বাস করবে|
