சாமுவேல் ராஜாங்கத்தின் முறையை ஜனங்களுக்குத் தெரிவித்து, அதை ஒரு புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதி, கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் வைத்து, ஜனங்களையெல்லாம் அவரவர் வீட்டுக்கு அனுப்பிவிட்டான்.
