לַמְנַצֵּ֥חַ said, ah-MAHR-tee לִֽידיּת֗וּן I eh-shem-RA מִזְמ֥וֹר will deh-ra-HA לְדָוִֽד׃ take may-huh-TOH -
אָמַ֗רְתִּי was neh-ay-LAHM-tee אֶֽשְׁמְרָ֣ה dumb DOO-mee-ya דְרָכַי֮ with heh-hay-SHAY-tee מֵחֲט֪וֹא silence, MEE-tove בִלְשׁ֫וֹנִ֥י I oo-heh-ay-VEE אֶשְׁמְרָ֥ה held neh-KAHR לְפִ֥י my מַחְס֑וֹם peace, בְּעֹ֖ד even רָשָׁ֣ע from לְנֶגְדִּֽי׃ good; -
נֶאֱלַ֣מְתִּי heart hahm ד֭וּמִיָּה was lee-BEE הֶחֱשֵׁ֣יתִי hot beh-keer-BEE מִטּ֑וֹב within ba-huh-ɡee-ɡEE וּכְאֵבִ֥י me, teev-AR נֶעְכָּֽר׃ while aysh -

וְעַתָּ֣ה me mee-KAHL מַה from peh-sha-AI קִּוִּ֣יתִי all ha-tsee-LAY-nee אֲדֹנָ֑י my her-PAHT תּ֝וֹחַלְתִּ֗י transgressions: NA-VAHL לְךָ֣ make al הִֽיא׃ me teh-see-MAY-nee -
מִכָּל was NEH-ay-lahm-tee פְּשָׁעַ֥י dumb, loh הַצִּילֵ֑נִי I ef-TAHK חֶרְפַּ֥ת opened pee נָ֝בָ֗ל not kee אַל my ah-TA תְּשִׂימֵֽנִי׃ mouth; ah-SEE-ta -
נֶ֭אֱלַמְתִּי thy ha-SARE לֹ֣א stroke may-ah-LAI אֶפְתַּח away neeɡ-EH-ha פִּ֑י from mee-teeɡ-RAHT כִּ֖י me: YA-deh-HA אַתָּ֣ה I uh-NEE עָשִֽׂיתָ׃ am ha-LEE-tee -
הָסֵ֣ר thou beh-toh-HA-HOTE מֵעָלַ֣י with al נִגְעֶ֑ךָ rebukes ah-ONE מִתִּגְרַ֥ת dost yee-SAHR-ta יָ֝דְךָ֗ correct eesh אֲנִ֣י man va-TEH-mes כָלִֽיתִי׃ for ka-ASH -
בְּֽתוֹכָ֘ח֤וֹת my SHEEM-ah עַל prayer, teh-fee-la-TEE עָוֹ֨ן׀ O yeh-VA יִסַּ֬רְתָּ Lord, veh-shahv-ah-TEE אִ֗ישׁ and ha-uh-zee-NA וַתֶּ֣מֶס give el כָּעָ֣שׁ ear deem-ah-TEE חֲמוּד֑וֹ unto al אַ֤ךְ my TEH-hay-RAHSH הֶ֖בֶל cry; kee כָּל hold ɡare אָדָ֣ם not ah-noh-HEE סֶֽלָה׃ thy ee-MAHK -
שִׁ֥מְעָֽה spare ha-SHA תְפִלָּתִ֨י׀ mee-MEH-nee יְהוָ֡ה me, veh-av-LEE-ɡa וְשַׁוְעָתִ֨י׀ that beh-TEH-rem הַאֲזִינָה֮ I ay-LAKE אֶֽל may veh-ay-NEH-nee דִּמְעָתִ֗י recover אַֽל strength, תֶּ֫חֱרַ֥שׁ before כִּ֤י I גֵ֣ר go אָנֹכִ֣י hence, עִמָּ֑ךְ and תּ֝וֹשָׁ֗ב be כְּכָל no אֲבוֹתָֽי׃ more.
