రాజుచేసిన తీర్మానమును అతని చట్టమును వచ్చిన ప్రతి సంస్థానమందును ప్రతి పట్టణమందును యూదులకు ఆనందమును సంతోష మును కలిగెను, అది శుభదినమని విందుచేసికొనిరి. మరియు దేశజనులలో యూదులయెడల భయముకలిగెను కనుక అనేకులు యూదుల మతము అవలంబించిరి.
