அதற்குக் கர்த்தர்: பணிவிடைக்காரருக்குத் தகுதியான காலத்திலே படிகொடுக்கும்படி எஜமான் அவர்கள் மேலதிகாரியாக வைக்கத்தக்க உண்மையும் விவேகமுமுள்ள விசாரணைக்காரன் யாவன்?

அசதியாயிராமல் ஜாக்கிரதையாயிருங்கள்; ஆவியிலே அனலாயிருங்கள்; கர்த்தருக்கு ஊழியஞ்செய்யுங்கள்.

அதிகாலமே யோசுவா எழுந்திருந்தபின்பு, அவனும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் அனைவரும் சித்தீமிலிருந்து பிரயாணம்பண்ணி, யோர்தான் மட்டும் வந்து, அதைக்கடந்து போகுமுன்னே அங்கே இராத்தங்கினார்கள்.
