அப்பொழுது மோசேயும் ஆசாரியனாகிய எலெயாசாரும் எரிகோவின் அருகே இருக்கும் யோர்தானுக்கு இப்பாலே மோவாபின் சமனான வெளிகளிலே அவர்களோடே பேசி:
