இந்த நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் எல்லா வார்த்தைகளையும், இந்தக் கட்டளைகளையும் கைக்கொண்டு, இவைகளின் படி செய்வதற்காகத் தன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்திருக்கும்படி கற்றுக்கொள்ளும்பொருட்டு,

அரசன் அந்த புத்தகத்தை தன்னிடம் பத்திரமாக வைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். அவன் வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் அந்தப் புத்தகத்தைப் படித்தறிய வேண்டும். ஏனென்றால், அவனது தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு மதிப்பளிக்க வேண்டும். அதிலுள்ள எல்லா சட்டங்களுக்கும், கட்டளைகளுக்கும் அரசன் கீழ்ப்படிந்து நடக்க வேண்டும்.

அதைத் தன்னோடு வைத்துக்கொள்ளட்டும். அதை நாள்தோறும் அவன் வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் வாசிக்கட்டும். அதனால், அந்தச் சட்டத்தின் எல்லா வார்த்தைகளையும், அதன் நீதிமுறைகளையும் நிறைவேற்றுதவன் மூலம் அவன் கடவுளாகிய ஆண்டவருக்கு அஞ்சி நடக்கக் கற்றுக் கொள்வான்.
