அவன் தன் உபாயத்தினால் வஞ்சகத்தைக் கைகூடிவரப்பண்ணி, தன் இருதயத்தில் பெருமைகொண்டு, நிர்விசாரத்தோடிருக்கிற அநேகரை அழித்து, அதிபதிகளுக்கு அதிபதியாயிருக்கிறவருக்கு விரோதமாய் எழும்புவான், ஆனாலும் அவன் கையினாலல்ல வேறுவிதமாய் முறித்துப்போடப்படுவான்.

அவன் தன் தந்திரத்தினால் வஞ்சகத்தைக் கைகூடிவரச்செய்து, தன் இருதயத்தில் பெருமைகொண்டு, அலட்சியத்துடன் இருக்கிற அநேகரை அழித்து, அதிபதிகளுக்கு அதிபதியாயிருக்கிறவருக்கு விரோதமாக எழும்புவான்; ஆனாலும் அவன் கையினாலல்ல வேறுவிதமாக முறித்துப்போடப்படுவான்.

“இந்த அரசன் மிகவும் உபாயமும் தந்திரமும் உடையவனாக இருப்பான். அவன் வெற்றி பெறுவதற்காகத் தனது ஞானத்தையும், பொய்களையும் பயன்படுத்துவான். அவன் தன்னை மிகவும் முக்கிய மானவன் என்று நினைப்பான். அவன் பல ஜனங்களை அவர்கள் எதிர்பார்திராத நேரத்தில் அழிப்பான். அவன் அதிபதிகளுக்கெல்லாம் அதிபதியானவரோடு (தேவன்) போரிட முயற்சி செய்வான். ஆனால் கொடுமையான அரசனின் வல்லமை அழிக்கப்படும். அவனை அழிக்கப்போவது மனிதக் கைகளாக இருக்காது.

நயவஞ்சகத்தின் மூலம் அவன் பொய் புரட்டை வளர்ப்பான். அவன் தன் உள்ளத்தில் தற்பெருமை கொண்டிருப்பான்; முன்னெச்சரிக்கை தராமல் பலரைக் கொலை செய்வான்; இறுதியில் மன்னர்க்கு மன்னரையே எதிர்க்கத் துணிவான். ஆயினும், எந்த மனித முயற்சியும் இன்றி, அவன் அழிவுறுவான்.
