Ezekiel 9:2
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਛੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਪਰ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਤੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ। ਇਹ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਮਾਰੂ ਹਬਿਆਰ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਕਤਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਕਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੱਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਿਆਹੀ ਪਹਿਨੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਬੰਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਂਬੇ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਕੋਲ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ।

ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤਖਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਕਤਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਵਸਤਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਕਰੂਬੀ ਫ਼ਰਿਸ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਪਹੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਦਮ ਰੱਖ। ਕਰੂਬੀ ਫ਼ਰਿਸ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਬਲਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੁੱਠੀ ਭਰ ਕੋਲੇ ਲੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੁੱਟ ਦੇ।” ਬੰਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਗੁਜ਼ਰਿਆ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 16:4
ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਧੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਹਿਨਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ; ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਨਨ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਮੀਜ਼ ਪਹਿਨਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਤਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਿਨਨ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਵਸਤਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੱਕ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਲਿਨਨ ਦੀ ਪੇਟੀ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲਿਨਨ ਦੀ ਪਗੜੀ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਹਨ।

ਸੱਤ ਦੂਤ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਸੱਤ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਸਨ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਏ। ਉਹ ਸਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਚਮਕਦਾਰ ਕਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਜਿੱਤ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਸੁਨਿਹਰੀ ਪੱਟੀਆਂ ਬੰਨ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ।

ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਕਤਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਵਸਤਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਰੂਬੀ ਫ਼ਰਿਸ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰ ਪਹੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਗਰਮ ਕੋਲੇ ਲੈ ਆਵੇ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਹੀਏ ਨੇੜੇ ਖਲੋ ਗਿਆ।

ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉੱਚੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਢਾਹਿਆ। ਲੋਕ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਚੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਧੂਪ ਧੁਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਯੋਥਾਮ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਉੱਪਰਲਾ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਬਣਵਾਇਆ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 26:10
ਹੁਣ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਹਾਕਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਜੋ ਇੱਥੇ ਵਾਪਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਮਹਿਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਗਏ। ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵੱਲ ਗਏ। ਉੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਗ੍ਰਹਿਣ ਕਰ ਲੇ। ਨਵਾਂ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਹੈ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 25:9
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਉੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ-ਸਮੂਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾਂਗਾ” ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ-“ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸੱਦ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵੀ ਸੱਦ ਬੁਲਾਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਧਰਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਲਈ ਸਖਣੇ ਮਾਰੂਬਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਦੇਖਕੇ ਸੀਟੀਆਂ ਮਾਰਨਗੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ।

ਦਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ-ਸਮੂਹ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਦੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਖੁਰ੍ਰਾਟੇ ਸੁਣ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਧਰਤੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਂਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਟਾਪ ਤੋਂ ਕੰਬਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਏ ਨੇ। ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਏ ਨੇ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਓੱਥੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ।’”
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 5:15
ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ, ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ, “ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਕੌਮ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ-ਦੁਰਾਡਿਓ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਇਹ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਕੌਮ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਕੌਮ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦੇ, ਉਹ ਕੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਨੇ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 1:15
ਬੋੜੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਦ ਹੀ, ਮੈਂ ਉੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾਂਗਾ।” ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ। “ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਆਵਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਦਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਖਤ ਸਬਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਹ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੰਧਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਉਹ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

ਯੋਥਾਮ ਨੇ ਮੁੜ ਤੋਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਉਤਲਾ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਬਣਵਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਓਫ਼ਲ ਦੀ ਕੰਧ ਉੱਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੁਝ ਬਣਵਾਇਆ।

ਮੰਦਰ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਨ ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਪਿੱਤਲ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਬਣਾਈ। ਉਸ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੀ ਲੰਬਾਈ 20 ਹੱਥ ਅਤੇ ਚੌੜਾਈ ਵੀ 20 ਹੱਥ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉੱਚਾਈ 10 ਹੱਥ ਸੀ।

ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਤੰਬੂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਦੁਆਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਅਰਪਨ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਾਜ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਵੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 27:1
ਹੋਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ “ਸ਼ਿੱਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਲੱਕੜ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਬਣਾਉ। ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਚੌਰਸ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪੰਜ ਕਿਊਬਿਟ ਲੰਮੀ, ਪੰਜ ਕਿਊਬਿਟ ਚੌੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਕਿਊਬਿਟ ਉੱਚੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
