ਗਿਦਾਊਨ ਬਆਲ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸੇ ਰਾਤ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਗਿਦਾਊਨ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਪੂਰਾ ਪਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਵਹਿੜਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਜੋ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਹੈ ਲੈ। ਤੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਕੋਲ ਝੂਠੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ, ਬਆਲ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਦੇਵੀ ਅਸ਼ੇਰਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲੱਕੜ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਥੰਮ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਵਹਿੜਕੇ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਬਆਲ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਸ਼ੇਰਾਹ ਦੇ ਥੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਚੀਰ ਦੇ।

ਗਿਦਾਊਨ ਬਆਲ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸੇ ਰਾਤ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਗਿਦਾਊਨ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਪੂਰਾ ਪਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਵਹਿੜਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਜੋ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਹੈ ਲੈ। ਤੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਕੋਲ ਝੂਠੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ, ਬਆਲ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਦੇਵੀ ਅਸ਼ੇਰਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲੱਕੜ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਥੰਮ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਵਹਿੜਕੇ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਬਆਲ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਸ਼ੇਰਾਹ ਦੇ ਥੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਚੀਰ ਦੇ।
