ରୁବନେ ବିଭାଗର ଛାଉଣୀର ଧ୍ବଜା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗକୁ ରହିବ। ଶଦଯେୂରର ପୁତ୍ର ଇଲୀଷୂର ରୁବନେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର ଅଧିପତି ହବେ।
