1 John 5:13-21 in Oriya

13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.

17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

13 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କ ନାମ ରେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯେପରି ଜାଣ ଯେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅନନ୍ତ ଜୀବନ ପାଇଅଛ, ଏଥିନିମନ୍ତେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ଲେଖିଲି।
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

14 ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିଃସନ୍ଦହେ ରେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିବା କାରଣ ତାହାଙ୍କଠା ରେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଏହି ଭରସା ଅଛି ଯେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଇଚ୍ଛା ଅନୁଯାଯୀ ତାହାଙ୍କ କୌଣସି ବିଷୟ ମାଗୁ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ଶୁଣନ୍ତି।

15 ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ସମୟରେ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭର ମାଗୁଣି ଶୁଣନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଯାହା ମାଗୁ, ତାହା ସେ ଦବେେ ବୋଲି ଜାଣୁ।
And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

16 ଯଦି କହେି ନିଜ ଭାଇକୁ କିମ୍ବା ଭଉଣୀକୁ ଏଭଳି ପାପ କରୁଥିବାର ଦେଖେ ଆଉ ସହେି ପାପ ମୃତ୍ଯୁଜନକ, ତବେେ ସେ ପାପ କରୁଥିବା ନିଜ ଭାଇ ଓ ଭଉଣୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ତହିଁରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଜୀବନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବେ। ମୁଁ ଏପରି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷୟ ରେ କହୁଛି, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଏପରି ପାପରେ ଲିପ୍ତ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଯାହା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଅନନ୍ତ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ପାଖକୁ ନଇେ ଯାଇପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ଏପରି ପାପ ମଧ୍ଯ ଅଛି, ଯାହାର ପରିଣାମ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ଅଟେ। ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସପରେି ପାପ ବିଷୟ ରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବା ପାଇଁ କହୁ ନାହିଁ।

17 ସମସ୍ତ ମନ୍ଦ କାମ ପାପ ଅଟେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏପରି ପାପ କାମ ମଧ୍ଯ ଅଛି ଯାହା ଅନନ୍ତ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ଆଡ଼କୁ ନଇଯାେଏ ନାହିଁ।
All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

18 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣୁ ଯେ, ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ସନ୍ତାନ ହାଇେଥିବା ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଆଉ ପାପରେ ଲିପ୍ତ ରହେ ନାହିଁ। ବରଂ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ତାହାକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ପାପାତ୍ମା ତା'ର କିଛି କ୍ଷତି କରିପା ରେ ନାହିଁ।

19 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣୁ, ଯେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ଅଟୁ ମାତ୍ର ସମଗ୍ର ଜଗତ ଶୟତାନର ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ରେ ଅଛି।
And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

20 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହା ମଧ୍ଯ ଜାଣୁ ଯେ, ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ଆସି ଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୁଝିବା ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଆମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ଜାଣିପାରୁ। ସହେି ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସତ୍ଯ ଅଟନ୍ତି। ସହେି ସତ୍ଯମୟ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କଠା ରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଜୀବନ ଅଛି।
And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

21 ତେଣୁ ପ୍ରିୟ ପିଲାମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସବୁ ନିଜ ନିଜକୁ ଭଣ୍ଡ ଦବେତାମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଦୂର ରେ ରଖ।
Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
