ଦାଉଦ କହିଲେ, 24,000 ଲବେୀୟ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ତଦାରଖ କରିବେ। 6,000 ଲବେୀୟ ପୋଲିସ୍ ଓ ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତା ହବେେ।
