Nehemiah 11:1
प्रजा के हाकिम तो यरूशलेम में रहते थे, और शेष लोगों ने यह ठहराने के लिये चिट्ठियां डालीं, कि दस में से एक मनुष्य यरूशलेम में, जो पवित्र नगर है, बस जाएं; और नौ मनुष्य और और नगरों में बसें।
