ત્યારબાદ હથેલીમાં રહેલા તેલમાંથી થોડું લઈને જેની શુદ્ધિ કરવાની હોય તે વ્યક્તિના જમણા કાનની બૂટે અને જમણા હાથ અને જમણા પગના અંગૂઠા પર જયાં પહેલાં દોષાર્થાર્પણનું લોહી લગાડયું હતું ત્યાં લગાડવું.
