Deuteronomy 33
20 গাদ সম্বন্ধে মোশি বললেন: “ঈশ্বরের প্রশংসা হোক যিনি গাদকে এক বিশাল ভুখণ্ড দিলেন! গাদ সিংহের মত, সে শুয়ে পড়ে অপেক্ষা করে| তারপর আক্রমণ করে পশুদের ছিন্ন ভিন্ন করে|
21 সে নিজের জন্য উত্তম অংশ মনোনীত করে রাজার মত নিজের অংশ নেয়| লোকদের নেতারা তার কাছে আসে| প্রভু যা ভাল বলেন সে তাই করে| সে ইস্রায়েলের লোকদের জন্য ন্যায় তাই করে|”
20 And of Gad he said, Blessed be he that enlargeth Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head.
21 And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver, was he seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the Lord, and his judgments with Israel.
